How Do I Manage My Devices For Two-Factor Authentication?

NOTE: These are the instructions for managing two-factor authentication if you have access to a device already registered. If your device is broken or lost, you will need to contact IT at 931-424-2009 or at infotech@utsouthern.edu.

1.  Enroll yourself in the UT Southern password management tool by clicking here.

2. Click on the link under the Manage Two-Factor Authentication section.

 

3. Type in your netid and password, then click Login.

 

4. If you have not previously added a device to Duo, follow the steps in this article to set up DUO. If you have already added a device to Duo, select the option to send a Duo Push, then enter the three digit code shown on your screen on your Duo app.

 

5. You will now see options to manage your devices. From here you can add/edit/delete your devices.
