Can't Connect to WiFi?

If you are no longer able to access "GoFireHawks" on your device, follow these steps:

1. Under the network selection, right click on the network and select Forget.

 

2. Once the network is forgotten, we will try to reconnect to it. Click on "GoFireHawks" and then select Connect.

 

3. If you receive a prompt that asks if you wish to continue connecting, select Connect.

 

4. Enter your NetID and Password, then click Ok.

 

You should be successfully connected to the network. If you are still having trouble connecting, please send a ticket in to infotech@utsouthern.edu or call 931-424-2009.
