Access YuJa Panorama 24/7 Support

YuJa provides 24/7 support for Panorama through the Panorama Support option in Canvas.

Before you begin

If YuJa Panorama is not visible in your course navigation menu, add it to the course navigation first:

1. Open the Canvas course.
2. Select Settings from the course navigation menu.
3. Select the Navigation tab.
4. Locate YuJa Panorama in the list of hidden items.
5. Drag it into the active course navigation area, or select the three-dot menu and choose Enable.
6. Select Save.

Contact Panorama Support

1. In the Canvas course navigation menu, select YuJa Panorama.
2. On the YuJa Panorama page, select your account icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Support.
4. A support window opens with options for getting help with YuJa Panorama. Choose the option that best fits your need and follow the prompts.
