Syncing OneDrive allows you to access your files directly from your computer, even offline. Any changes you make are automatically updated across all devices when you reconnect to the internet.
This guide covers syncing on Windows, Mac, and Chromebooks.
Windows 10/11
Step 1: Open OneDrive
Step 2: Sign In

Open the OneDrive app.

Sign in using your school email and password.
Step 3: Choose Folders to Sync

Select the folders you want to sync to your device.

In the Files app, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

Select Add new service → Install new service.
