1. Go to https://ds.tennessee.edu/passwords/
2. Click on the link that reads Manage your existing security questions under the Manage Your Security Questions section.
3. Log in using your Net ID and Password.
4. Accept the push notification if prompted.
5. Your current security questions will be displayed. If you wish to change the answers to the current questions, check the Use existing Questions/Answers box. If not, leave this box unchecked. Then, click Continue.
6. Select three questions from the list. Then, click Continue.
6. Type your responses to the questions you have selected. Once you have finished, click Continue.
7. Verify that the answers to your questions are correct. Once you have reviewed your answers, click Accept.
8. Your security questions have been successfully reset. Click OK.
