UT Southern alumni can access Handshake post-graduation by using their personal email address. After graduation, your email should be automatically updated with the personal email that is on file. To log into Handshake, please follow these steps:
From A Computer
1.) Go to https://app.joinhandshake.com/login and select "University of Tennessee, Southern" as your school.
2.) Click "Sign in with your email address."
3.) Enter your personal email address in the box, and then click "Next".
4.) Click "Or log in using your Handshake credentials".
5.) If you have already set a password, you will be prompted to enter that password. If you don't know what your password is, click "Forgot password." If you haven't set up a password, you will be prompted to create a password.
From the Handshake Mobile App
1.) Open the Handshake app and tap "Or continue with your school"
2.) Select "The University of Tennessee Southern"
3.) Select "Continue with email"
4.) Clear the email field and enter your personal email address, then click "Continue"
5.) An email will be sent to your email address with a code. Copy that code and paste it into the box, then click "Continue"
